Cash rewards start as Pending Rewards and settle into your Withdrawable balance after the settlement period. Add a bank account under Account > Withdrawal accounts, then request a withdrawal from Wallet > Withdraw. Withdrawals move through Pending, Approved, Processing and Completed.
